The restaurant is open from Easter to All Saints Day and for the region's major festivals (Truffle Festival, Fest'oie...). Outside these periods, we open our restaurant according to your wishes, by reservation only.

“I am very demanding on the product, I try to sublimate it in a simple way while being innovative. I have a soft spot for working with fish, but my priority remains working with local producers. We use organic vegetables at the Malevergne farm, for example. My goal is simple: to please our customers!
